Sal focuses on retirement income planning, helping to ensure his clients’ savings last throughout their lifetimes and allow them to leave a legacy to the next generation. His planning process includes frequent portfolio reviews to help ensure his clients’ investments are properly allocated for their financial strategy, evolving family circumstances and prevailing market conditions.
Sal has practiced as a Financial Consultant with his current broker-dealer, now Equitable Advisors, since 1995, and he has since been inducted into the Equitable Advisors Hall of Fame and named to the firm’s Elite Advisor Group. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an independent association of the world’s leading financial services and life insurance professionals. Prior to joining Equitable Advisors, Sal worked for Coopers & Lybrand and Delta Dental. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter designation and the Series 7 and 63 licenses, and he graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.S. in accounting.
Sal lives in Nutley with his wife, Donna, and he has three children and four grandchildren. He is very active in his community, serving as past president and current treasurer of 1st Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey; vice president of the Mike Geltrude Foundation, which raises funds for melanoma awareness, research and education; vice president of Parkside Manor Senior Citizens; and board member of the Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation.
